*Automotive: lots 21 to 38

The buyer will pay Gros & Delettrez, in addition to the hammer price, a purchase commission of 16.67% ex VAT (i.e. 20% inc VAT) on lots up to 900,000 euros and 11% ex VAT (i.e. 13.20% inc VAT) on lots over 900,001 euros.

Notes for buyers :

Vehicles will be moved immediately after the sale, 1 hour south-east of Paris or in the Paris region. A flat fee of 300 euros (excl. VAT) per vehicle will be charged. -Vehicles may be collected only after full payment has been received. -From January 22nd onwards, a storage fee of €20 (excl. VAT) per day will be charged. - All lots are sold "as is". The three-day display of vehicles allows each buyer to observe each lot in order to bid with full knowledge of the facts.
