Octagonal decorative element set in a chiseled 750‰ yellow gold ring, accented with white enamel and featuring an oval cabochon garnet set in a closed setting on a metal base; the inside of the ring is partially engraved. Alterations; some work dates from the 19th century. Ring size: 61. Dimensions of central motif: 2.4 x 2.1 cm. Gross weight: 10.7 g. (Cracks in the enamel, solder marks, missing gold).
