French work from the second half of the 19th century 750‰ yellow gold medallion pendant with a polychrome enameled porcelain plaque depicting a young peasant girl in 18th-century style; the border features a clover frieze accented with black enamel and rose-cut diamonds; the bail is outlined with bands of black enamel. Fitted with a hinge, it opens. Rhomboid workshop hallmark. Dimensions: 3.8 x 2.7 cm. Gross weight: 17.7 g. (Cracks in the enamel, small chips).
