Produced by Tobias Conrad Lotter, it includes a frontispiece, an engraved title-frontispiece and 29 maps, all copper-engraved in black by Tobias Lobeck. All maps are colored. Followed by 72 pp. of Kurzefasste geographie, in sich haltend einen aneinander hangenden entwurf aller theile des bevvohnten erdbodens, nebst compendieusen landcharten, welche einen kleinen sackatlas aus-machen (Geographie consise et cartes récapitulatives...). This is one of the first editions of this atlas, comprising 29 maps, as indicated in the title and table of contents. Later editions, with additional maps, were published without changing the title.
