Founded in 1954, the Atelier GEORLAND is inextricably linked with the name of the Marteau family, jewelers from father to son for three generations, and stands out for its high level of technical expertise in the world of jewelry, particularly in stone setting. The Atelier has worked for many prestigious Houses - including Chaumet, Hermès and Van Cleef & Arpels - and has also developed its own jewelry collections.
The Atelier Georland has been particularly prolific for the Maison Fred, both in the 1970s with its famous animal creations, including the emblematic "Pattes de panthère" collection, and more recently with more contemporary jewelry pieces in which the setting work is remarkable.
