Worked and textured precious metals, original models, colored stones and extra-flat movements: these have been the watchwords of the House of Piaget since the mid-1950s.
Combining the highest watchmaking technology with the best jewellery-making expertise, the House of Piaget occupies a very special place in the history of both watchmaking and jewelry.
Our set - produced in the 1970s - is a rare example of the House's creative audacity, marked by great aesthetic freedom, combining sculptural design, extra-flat caliber and colored stones, reflecting the House's dynamism, linked to the social movements of the time, and its fantasy.
Our set was produced in only 11 pieces in the 1970s, probably with different combinations of ornamental stones. One of the sets, comprising a necklace, a ring and a watch bracelet (Piaget extra-flat caliber 9P), in yellow gold and tiger-eye discs, dated 1976, is held in the Maison Piaget Private Collections.
We would like to thank the Maison Piaget for its kind collaboration.
