French work White gold 750‰ pompadour ring centered with a large faceted oval unheated Ceylon sapphire of 9.427 carats mounted in a closed setting, in a surround of old-cut diamonds in a beaded closed setting, the openwork basket. Total weight of 14 diamonds: approx. 1.20 carats. Finger size: 53. Bezel size: 2.1x1.7cm. P. Gross weight : 6.8 g. (Small welds and chips). The sapphire is accompanied by a certificate from the Swiss laboratory SSEF (Schweizerisches Gemmologisches Institut) dated July 11, 2024 (No. 139277) stating: Natural sapphire. Color: Blue of medium to strong saturation ("bleu de saturation moyenne à forte"). Treatment: No indications of heating. Origin: Ceylon (Sri Lanka).
