Two brooch-convertible lapel clips in 950‰ platinum with openwork tiered decoration, entirely paved and set with old-cut, baguette and 8/8-cut diamonds, the tips enhanced with faceted oval sapphires. Systems in 750‰ white gold.
Adaptable system to transform it into a 750‰ white gold brooch, 750‰ white gold pin.
