French work from the 1930s Pair of "Coquillages" earrings in 950‰ platinum and 750‰ white gold decorated with radiating scrolls entirely adorned with old-cut and 8/8-cut diamonds. Posterior pierced ear systems, pins and safety rackets in 750‰ white gold. Design dimensions: 1.8x1.8cm. P. Gross: 9.1g. (Welding, small accidents to the setting of one). The scroll motifs underlined by spiral staircases on these earrings are reminiscent of pieces by the famous jeweler Suzanne Belperron, whose artistic signature is so modern and singular.
