DALY, César Private architecture in the 19th century. Third series. Décorations intérieures peintes. Paris, Librairie générale de l'architecture, 1877. 2 volumes in one folio (43 x 31 cm). Green half morocco basane, green cloth boards, spine with 5 false nerves, gilt title (binding rubbed, jaws worn, headbands worn, slight foxing, very light marginal spotting towards the beginning of part 1, one plate loose in part 2). Dedicated to private architecture, both exterior and interior, in and around Paris, and designed to showcase residences built since the beginning of Napoleon III's reign. The first two volumes cover salons, dining rooms, bedrooms, study rooms, accesses and other rooms. Each consists of three sections with a total of 89 chromolithographed plates on 110 sheets, in accordance with the tables of plates at the head of each section, a complete copy. Volume 1.
