In sheets, in-12 format. 3 gouache figures, sometimes captioned in brown ink in German, on watermarked laid paper (a few freckles and stains) depicting Eine Griechische Dame (a Greek lady) and armed men in military garb. Models or studies for suites of engravings produced in Europe in the 18th century.
Some of these drawings appeared in Unterweisung in den vornehmsten Kunsten und Wissenschaften zum Nutzen des Schulen... by J. Ch. Adelung in 1785.
