China, circa 1900 Set of textiles, including: a blue silk dress, the sleeves adorned with beige silk bands with polychrome decoration of lake landscapes and flowers; a hanging with polychrome motifs on an orange background, of children and bats, among peonies, under the light of the moon; five circular medallions in blue silk, with polychrome and gold-threaded decoration of divinities, horsemen, sages, and characters in landscapes; and sleeves, bands, collar and small costume elements.
