A straight chest of drawers in veneered wood, inlaid with butterfly wings and a central rosette in Greek fillet frames, with mock fluted uprights and sheath legs. It opens with five drawers in three rows, the lower two without rails. Gilded bronze ornamentation such as triglyphs with dentils on the jambs and pearled drawer rings. Sainte Anne marble top. Stamped by Jean CAUMONT, received Master in 1774, and JME sworn mark. Louis XVI period 86 x 130 x 58 cm Minor restorations, bronzes possibly added, one keyhole to be refixed.
