French work from the 1950s-1960s Poudrier in guilloché silver 800‰ edged with twisted yellow gold 750‰. Fitted with a hinge, it opens onto a mirror and a powder sieve. Diamond hallmark of the Atelier Société CARDEL. Dimensions: 6.5x8x0.9cm. Gross weight: 139 g. (Slight deformations, powder case missing). Atelier CARDEL - formerly Société LINZELER-ARGENSON - takes its name from a contraction of the names Cartier and Claudel, referring to Marion Cartier épouse Claudel, daughter of Pierre Cartier, owner of Cartier-New York. He has distinguished himself in the production of kits and accessories for the House of Cartier.
