"Noeud stylisé" brooch in 950‰ platinum with openwork geometric movement décor entirely set with rose-cut diamonds and centered with an old-cut diamond mounted in octagonal setting, two scrolls terminated by a round faceted sapphire mounted in closed setting. Pin in 750‰ white gold.
