White gold 750‰ "Fontaine" necklace with quadruple rows of forçat mesh punctuated with diamond ferrules, holding a large openwork geometric pendant with tassels entirely set with brilliant-cut diamonds and faceted onyx and cabochons, the vase enclosing a cabochon blue topaz enhanced with black enamel. Lobster clasp.
