French work from the mid-twentieth century Beautiful and rare set of three important sinuous brooches in 950‰ platinum and 750‰ white gold, each set with a pavement of brilliant-cut diamonds underlined by two lines of rail-set baguette-cut diamonds. Safety clip pins in 750‰ white gold. Atelier diamond hallmark. Dimensions: 8.8x1.8cm. P. Total gross weight: 58.8g. With a Van Cleef & Arpels case. The design of these three brooches is reminiscent of Van Cleef & Arpels' famous "Flammes".
