French work of the Art Deco period Important brooch in 750‰ white gold and 950‰ platinum centered on a plate of carved and pierced jade with stylized foliate decoration, the hemicircular shoulder adorned with openwork radiating motifs enhanced with half-cut and rose-cut diamonds mounted in pearl setting. Pin in 750‰ white gold. Partially legible Atelier diamond hallmark. Dimensions: 3.9x7.8cm. P. Gross: 38.2g. The quality of execution of this brooch and the finesse of its chasing echo the creations of the Janesich and Lacloche houses.
