Art Deco period work Openwork "Pinecone" brooch in platinum 850‰ centered with a cut and engraved sapphire surrounded by ruby beads set with rose-cut diamonds, the setting enhanced with peruzzi, baguette and diamond-cut diamonds, and ruby beads set with rose-cut diamonds.
