LOT of PORTFEUILLES AND BINDINGS. 19th century. MIDDLE EAST. MEDITERRANEAN BASIN. -Large stiff folder covered with a composition of antique fabrics - green velvet, patterned woven, braids and pink silk interior. Traces of old wetness but well preserved. In folio format (33 X 50 cm). 19th century. Antique wallet-shirt in burnished leather, entirely cold-stamped, of Persian origin. Large in-8 format (18 x 27 cm). The boards are decorated with framing and borders filled or alternating with floral motifs, 2 cartouches with Persian inscriptions on each board. Small 19th-century binding. Eggplant morocco Basane with triple gilded fillets and abstract gilded floral motifs in the spandrels. In in-12 format. -Beautiful old flap portfolio in mosaic basane with gilt garlands framing the boards, probably of Maghreb or Mediterranean basin origin. Large in-4 format (5 x 21.5 x 30 cm). The interior is made of antique vat paper (early 19th century) typical of Middle Eastern regions. Slight stains and wear, a few small tears. Antique Arab-style flap wallet in colored basane, entirely cold-stamped with interlacing and garland motifs. In-8 format (4 x 17 x 23.5 cm). Slight stains and wear.
