[Armenia]. Ասկերեան, Յովհաննէս [ASKERIAN (Hovhannès)]. Հասունեան քաղաքականութիւն [Hassounian Politique]. Tbilissi, Imprimerie de Hambardzoumi Enfiadjian et Cie, 1868. In-8, [1]f.-VII-III-528 p., half contemporary havana basane, smooth spine decorated with gilt fillet and fleuron (slight rubbing, edges worn, corners dull, slight foxing).
This work retraces thirty-five years in the life of Antoine Hassounian (1809-1884), from his ordination to his accession to the patriarchate of the Catholicossate of Cilicia. It is a valuable source for the study of the history of this Armenian ecclesiastical institution.
