General report from the Section artistique et technique, providing an impressive panorama of French decorative arts production in the early 20th century. Written under the direction of Paul Léon (1874-1962), a member of the Institut de France and the Collège de France who was the principal historiographer of the Monuments historiques. Contains a total of 1,152 plates, some in color, reproducing the exhibits. Nominative copy in Volume II: M.
