Constantinople, Imprimerie Arapian, 1844-1846. 2 vols. in-4, [4]-VIII-764-164 p. + vol. 2. 952-19 p., contemporary half-brown basane, spine with 4 false nerves, gilt roulette and title, speckled edges (spine and headband rubbed, corners dulled, slight brown spots). Second edition of this Armenian dictionary, published by Grigor Peštimaldjian (1778-1839), Armenian linguist, pedagogue and intellectual. The second volume was published by his students after the author's death. The dictionary is enriched with explanations in Ottoman Turkish, written in Armenian letters.
