Multilingual edition of the prayer "I confess with faith", composed in 1157 by Nerses IV Klayetsi (known as Shnorhali), Catholicos of the Armenian Church (1102-1173). This 24-verse liturgical text is presented here in 24 languages, including Grabar (classical Armenian), Ancient Greek, Latin, French, Italian, German, Russian, Arabic, Persian, Chinese and Hebrew. The work is decorated with a frontispiece portrait of Nerses IV Klayetsi engraved by Viviani after Busato.
