Եզնիկ Կողբացի [EZNIK DE KOLB]. Եղծ աղանդոց [Confutation Des Sectes Des Persans]. Venice, Imprimerie Sainte-Lazare, 1826. In-12, 334 p.,period gray percaline, ornate smooth spine, gilt author and title, decoration to boards (headpieces and corners rubbed, very slight foxing).
This work, also known as "Refutation des hérésies", is one of the earliest Armenian philosophical treatises, criticizing the doctrines of the Zoroastrians, Marcionites, Greeks and pagans. It is a valuable source on the religious and philosophical currents of late antiquity.
It features a steel-engraved frontispiece and title page after Riz and Bozza.
