[Engravings]. [Russia]. Лукомский, Георгий Крескентьевич [Loukomski, Georgiy Kreskentievitch]. Волынская старина [Antiquities of Volhynia]. Kiev, 1913. In-4, [4]-43-[2] p. including plates, cover partly preserved, (disbound, qq. pages flying, defect to margins). An offprint from the journal L'Art du Sud de la Russie (Искусство Южной России), this rare work by G. K. Loukomski was published in only 35 copies. The copy described here is one of these. It comprises 25 plates in total, including 15 illustrations out of text (one of them mentioned as a frontispiece in the table) and 10 additional plates printed by the author himself. The latter are cut and laminated onto gray Watman paper, giving the work an artistic, meticulous and bibliophilic character.
