MELLERIO Paris, 1950s-1960s Lapel clip brooch convertible into a "Boucle rubanée" pendant in 750‰ white gold and 950‰ platinum entirely paved with old-cut diamonds and enhanced with claw-set round, cushion and pear-shaped faceted sapphires. Removable pin system in 750‰ white gold, suspension rings on the reverse. Signed "MELLERIO PARIS" and numbered "12378". French work, diamond hallmark of the House. Dimensions: 6.1x3cm. Gross weight: 25.7 g. (Pampille initially held by the pear-cut sapphire is missing). With a Maison case.
