Openworked with the inscription "CNC" possibly for "Club Nautique Cartier". Pin in yellow gold 750‰. = Signed "Cartier Paris" and numbered "R2121", French work, diamond hallmark of the House. Dimensions: 2.5x2.6cm. Gross weight: 4.5 g. (Small lack of enamel, one ruby missing).
