Signed "FRED" on soldered oval plate.
French work, diamond hallmark of Atelier JANCA.

Based on rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, Atelier JANCA was particularly active for Fred and Van Cleef & Arpels in the 1960s and 1970s, producing high-quality models.
