French work from the second half of the 19th century "Serpent" opening rigid rush bracelet in yellow gold 750‰ with rich chased foliate decoration, the reptile's head and tail enhanced with translucent green enamel on a guilloché ground, half-pearls and an oval faceted imitation red stone, rose-cut diamonds for the eyes. Hinged, sliding central motif. Wrist size: 17cm. Design width: 2.7cm. P. Gross weight: 47.1g. (Transformations, one articulated link later, enamel missing).
