The tray is molded with a honeycomb relief and features an undulating radiating decoration, alternating large white fili and retortoli. The pedestal is decorated with straight fili and retortoli.

An example of this type of decoration can be found on a tazza in the Museo nazionale di Capodimonte, Naples (inv. 624; cf. Barovier, Doprigato, p. 122, no. 160).
