[Manuscript]. [Marseille]. Hôtel Dieu ground floor plan. 1 manuscript plan, [18th c.], 27 x 41.5 cm. on sheet 51 x 78 cm. (sheet), with a movable part approx. 48 x 40 cm. ink and watercolor on paper. Very interesting project for the construction of a hôtel-dieu in Marseille. The movable piece shows the first floor plan of the building with its tree-lined inner courtyards, while the plan itself shows the district concerned, where the three convents of the Capucines, Lyonnaises and Augustins reformés are precisely represented, as well as the land that depends on them. To the right of the plan, a legend refers to twelve other private properties, and to 51 rooms or other areas of the planned hôtel-dieu.
