Removable pin system in 750‰ white gold, suspension rings on the reverse. Signed "MELLERIO PARIS" and numbered "12378". French work, Diamond hallmark of the House. Dimensions : 6,1x3cm. Gross weight: 25.7 g. (Pampille originally held by the pear-cut sapphire is missing). With a Maison case.
