Work of the 1940s Important Retro bracelet in pink gold 750‰ with articulated oval links centered on half-spheres accented with faceted round rubies in star settings. Formerly intended to be worn as a secret watch bracelet, the central link opens allowing a watch case to be inserted. Hooked clasp with clip and safety eight concealed in one link. Length: 19cm. Link width: 2.7cm. P. Gross: 101.1g. (A few small chips and scratches). The use of faceted round rubies in star settings can also be found on several jewelry models by Van Cleef & Arpels dating from the 1940s.
