Work of the late 19th century Yellow gold 750‰ and silver 800‰ exempt "Insect" barrette brooch, the abdomen set with a cabochon garnet and turquoise, the wings enhanced with demi-pearls, the eyes formed by rose-cut diamonds and the antennae terminated by faceted round rubies, the transverse pin terminated by a white seed pearl. Pin in yellow gold 750‰. Dimensions: 2.2x4.8cm. P. Gross: 7.5g. (Slight deformations).
