Russian work from the early 20th century Semi-rigid breastplate necklace in yellow gold 750‰ (72 zolothniks) with openwork filigree decoration adorned with cabochon and faceted oval sapphires, white button cultured pearls and rose-cut diamonds, the hinged breastplate enhanced with bangs finished with seed pearls. Ratchet clasp on a jaser link chain. Russian hallmarks, trace of maker's hallmark. Neck size: 41cm. Breastplate height: 7.8cm. P. Gross weight: 54.2g. (Restorations).
