Edouard Husson (active between 1905 and 1925) worked for a number of renowned houses in the early 20th century (Boucheron, Sandoz, Tiffany et Vever...). He was renowned for his work as an engraver, chaser and enameller. Our brooch is a characteristic example of his skill and style.
The Petit Palais holds a brooch by Edouard Husson, with an enamelled plate depicting an antique procession, with a similar aesthetic and the same ornamentation techniques (PPO03787) as our brooch.
