French work from 1900-1910 Delicate ring in 750‰ white gold and 950‰ platinum with polylobed oblong bezel centered with a faceted oval sapphire mounted in closed setting, the openwork banded surround adorned with pearl-set rose-cut diamonds, the openwork frieze gallery. Numbered "15060". Finger size: 50.5. Bezel size: 1.5x1.1cm. P. Gross weight: 2.8g. (Fine chipping, small chip). The ring is accompanied by a preliminary examination by the LFG (Laboratoire Français de Gemmologie) dated March 11, 2024 (n°408520) stating: Natural sapphire. Dimensions: approx. 7.7x6.5x2.9mm. Treatment: No thermal modification observed. Geographical origin: Sri Lanka (Ceylon).
