[D'APRES CERVANTES]. DON QUICHOTTE. [Paris: [Chocolat Kohler], [1910?] Complete suite of twelve cards (7, 5 cm x 11 cm) in chromolithography relating the main adventures of Don Quixote. Excellent condition. Once again, Don Quixote serves as an advertising medium for a well-known brand of chocolate in the early 20th century. This novel, which is not strictly speaking a children's book, is often used as a backdrop for the world of children! Here, chocolates are used to attract them. (Attached) Series of six chromolithographs (12 x 16 cm) of the adventures of Don Quixote. Very fine condition. Used as "advertising" for the Magasins du Bon Marché around 1900.
