Extremely rare copy dated 1745 of the Italian translation made by Gugliemo Alessandro di Novilieri CLAVELLI in 1626. Title inscribed in an ornamental cartouche and text framed by a double line. Compared with the first Venetian edition published by Barezzi. The need to copy this 18th-century translation arose because no Italian edition existed between 1629 and 1819!
