Concealed clasp in a curved link with safety catch. Signed "MAUBOUSSIN PARIS" and numbered "2693". French work, diamond-shaped hallmark of Atelier Georges LENFANT. Length: 37cm. Link diameter: 1.6 to 2.7cm. P. Gross weight : 121.5 g. Maille "Paillette", developed by Jacques LENFANT for Atelier Georges LENFANT, is emblematic of the work of this great chain-maker. Worked on links in round, oval, twisted and rectangular shapes, it was used in numerous variations and combinations, and produced for numerous Place Vendôme houses such as Cartier, Fred, Van Cleef & Arpels and Mauboussin.
