[Adresse de la Convention nationale au peuple français, décrétée dans la séance du 18 vendémiaire, an IIIe de la République Française, une et indivisible. A Paris, de l'Imprimerie de la République, 1794. In-folio, [26] p., paperback, dust jacket (qq. small wormholes). Rare edition in Arabic, in the translation given by the orientalist and diplomat Pierre Jean-Marie Ruffin (Thessalonica, 1742 - Istanbul, 1824), who was the King's interpreter at the French Embassy in Turkey. It was during this session on 18 Vendémiaire, Year III, that Cambacérès, after the fall of Robespierre, condemned both the Jacobins and the Babouvistes. Printed by order of the National Convention by L. Langlés, with the text framed in black and red, this rare fascicle represents a milestone in the history of oriental typography in France. Handwritten note on verso of lower cover: "Vendu a monsieur Jacquiere capitaine artilleur de la ville de Vitry du département de Davignon pour la somme de cent vingt francs [...]. (J.
