First edition in French of this chronological history of the Chinese emperors, written by the Jesuit Father M. Martini, who lived in China from 1643 to 1661. Illustrated with 14 (9 + 5) copper-engraved plates (without the limin. f. with the arms of the dedicatee). Carton from p.287 of t.1 bound at the beginning of t.2.
