Polish sculptor Igor MITORAJ (1944-2014) has made a name for himself in the creation of jewelry, considered to be "wearable" art rather than mere accessories. The aesthetics and scope of his jewelry pieces are strongly linked to his sculptural work, where mythological-looking faces and draperies are transformed into rings, bracelets and necklaces. Her sculptures, generally very large in size, are then miniaturized, revealing a more intimate and delicate side of her work.
