One of the motifs is engraved with "1947 Paris". Length: 46cm. Line VAUTRIN (1911-1997) experimented early on with jewelry made from "poor" materials such as resin, copper, brass and gilded bronze. The wartime shortage of resources was conducive to the development of "art jewelry", mainly in gilded bronze. This "poet of metal" developed a highly personal style, using allegorical themes. Her jewelry production came to a halt in the early 1960s, when she turned her attention to decoration.
