French work, diamond hallmark of Atelier LABARTE. Wrist size: 19cm. Band width: 3.9mm. P. : 47,1 g. (Some soldering). In the 1960's and 1970's, Maurice LABARTE, an artisan jeweler and chain-maker, produced exclusive pieces for Atelier Georges LENFANT, notably using the "paillette" mesh process. In the 1970s, Jacques LENFANT and Maurice LABARTE jointly registered several patents for manufacturing processes and new jewelry chains (notably for "optical" effect pressed mesh), underlining the dynamism and importance of their partnership.
