This reversible bracelet is similar to the BOUCHERON "Vaucanson" model created in 1934. An example of avant-garde jewelry and adaptability to the "modern" woman of the time, the Vaucanson bracelet could be worn on the gold side for daytime wear, or on the white gold and diamond side for evening wear. This bracelet model was produced in three as well as five rows.
Two versions of the "Vancanson" bracelet were presented at the "Bijoux Art Déco et Avant-garde" exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in 2009.
