Art Nouveau period hatpin in 750-thousandths yellow gold with whiplash foliate motif, enhanced with plique-à-jour enamel. Metal stem. French work, diamond-shaped hallmark. Total length: 29cm. Gross weight: 8.8 g. (Small crack to the gold, slight cracks to the enamel, slight deformations). The Atelier BASSET & MOREAU, particularly renowned for its Art Nouveau creations, was notably a supplier to the BOUCHERON House.
