750 thousandth yellow gold medallion-shaped brooch with a chased bow, decorated with a partially green-enameled vine, the grapes stylized by seed pearls, on a night-blue enameled guilloché ground. A later element, set with a half-pearl and a diamond chip, holds the pendant. Pin in 750 thousandths yellow gold. Total dimensions: 6x3.1cm. Gross weight: 14.4g. In a shaped green morocco case, engraved "C.R." and labeled on the reverse "MELLERIO-MELLER Paris 3 quai d'Orsay, au coin de la rue du Bac".
