*BULGARI, "Carré" Collection, 1980's - Pair of square cut-off ear clips in yellow gold 750 thousandths set with various sizes of diamonds (brilliant, baguette and square) and calibrated rubies, the setting enhanced by four cabochon rubies in closed settings. Systems for non-pierced ears. Signed "BVLGARI". Italian work, House responsibility mark. Dimensions: 2.3x2.3cm. Gross weight: 23.1 g. (Slight chips). Launched at the end of the 1980s, the "Carré" collection is inspired by the design of Italian gardens and offers an infinite number of color variations in the use of stones, characteristic of Bulgari's taste for color. These color variations can be rendered through the use of both precious and semi-precious stones. This collection is distinguished by the setting of the stones and the use of "pippoli", i.e. cabochon stones on the edges.
